SIGNING UP MERCHANTS
Q. What is involved in signing up a merchant with the PaySpot POSA system?
A. Most  agents who sign up stores use our blank merchant services agreement to offer proposals to merchants. A typical agent will sign up 5-20 merchants per week by completing a PaySpot merchant services agreement for each and obtaining a voided business check and resale tax certificate from each merchant. These merchant terminals may be initialized and enabled immediately for established agents by contacting our agent services department. At the end of each week, the agents enter all merchant information from the agreements into POSATRAX no later than Sunday night at midnight. All forms are then faxed in to PaySpot at 913-649-1503 , and the cycle is complete. When requesting terminal activation, you must specify an ANI (phone number), to which the terminal will be connected. We will lock the terminal to the ANI you give us for security.

Q. What is the best terminal to use in a merchant location?
A. We prefer to use the OMNI 3750 because the software can be updated remotely! No store visits are required by agents to update software. Also, the OMNI 3750 can hold multiple programs -- you can have our prepaid LD cards and wireless (provided by PaySpot directly), plus MC/VISA merchant services, Telecheck and ATM script software (provided by Card Services International), age verification software, prepaid MC and VISA, and many other programs ALL ON ONE TERMINAL! Many agents cannot only offer our prepaid suite of products, but can also offer merchants more competitive rates on these auxiliary products as well.

Q. Do you have a thermal card printer?
A. Yes, the cost is $200 per unit. This thermal card printer by Epson designed primarily for printing LD cards—most customers don't need a card for wireless PINs since the PIN is simply loaded onto the phone. The OMNI 3750 terminal sits neatly on top of the printer and handles both 2-part and 1-part thermal cards. You can contact Pentagon Graphics at 514-339-5995, Horizon Label at 416-440-1301 or Dynamic Card at 954-742-3162 to order your own custom thermal cards. Some companies get excellent advertising benefit from printing messages and/or graphics on this type of card.

Q. What is the transaction speed that merchants can expect?
A. Ten seconds for all transactions under most circumstances. This speed can be a little slower depending on phone line conditions and other factors.

Q. How do you merchandise the phone cards and wireless PINs?
A. Our LD cards are hanging type magnetic swipe cards. These can be hung in many different locations throughout the store. We do have a number of distributors who display the LD cards at the point of purchase in a display case, see www.phonecardcases.com. To advertise wireless products, our coin mat with 11 x 17 poster insert works well. We also have Core-Plast outdoor signs and gas-pump/dairy door stickers, which help drive customers to buy our products.

Q. How do I, or my merchants, order HANDSETS, TERMINALS and MARKETING MATERIALS?
A. When we assign you a POSATRAX login, you will have access to our online ordering system, which will allow you to place and track orders. Your account will be debited for product purchases on a weekly basis.

Q. What about merchant ACH return items?
A. PaySpot holds agents financially responsible for their own merchants for all prepaid product sales. We notify you by e-mail immediately if our bank notifies us of a returned debit. It is then up to agents to instruct us what to do next. We will 1) turn off your merchant, 2) rebill your merchant via ACH, or 3) debit your account via ACH for the funds at your direction. There is a $10 return item fee.

Q. Can agents make a "cold call" and have that merchant operational the same day?
A. Yes. All we need is a signed agent agreement from you, the agent. Agents may then call in and have terminals turned on instantly. You must supply an ANI (phone number to which the terminal is connected) prior to activation, however, for your financial protection.

Q. What deadlines are there for merchant signup?
A. You must submit your online merchant agreement on the web by midnight Sunday each week. If you do not, we debit the listed agent's bank account for that week’s sales. Also, if we do not have merchant discounts in POSATRAX by Sunday night, we debit the merchant (or agent if we have no merchant banking info) for the full retail value of the transactions.

Q. What about terminal reporting and theft prevention?
A. Terminal reporting is available on all PaySpot terminals, which provides daily, weekly and bi-weekly reports with both retail and merchant cost values. It is highly recommended to print daily reports at the terminal to help prevent clerk theft. All terminals have management functions to set up clerk passwords for security. You can also specify daily and weekly sales limits in our online merchant form to help limit the merchant's liability in the event of fraudulent activity.

Q. What hours are terminal and sales support available?
A. Terminal help is available Monday through Friday 7AM – 7PM Central Standard Time and limited hours on the weekends for most services. Phone card customer service is 24/7.

MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS
Q. How do stores and distributors get paid?
A. Merchants get paid immediately by the customer and keep their portion of the sale in their bank account. Merchants are ACH debited for their cost (according to their product discounts) on Wednesday for all POSA activity during the previous Monday – Sunday. (Bi-weekly debiting is also available for $2.50 per week). Merchants view their activity on their terminal report or at www.posatrax.com and know BEFOREHAND the amount that will come out of their account. If a merchant refuses to allow ACH transfers on his account, the agent may supply his/her account for ACH purposes. Master agents and sales agents receive ACH credits directly into their bank accounts on a weekly basis for all POSA activity. Commissions begin approximately two weeks after merchant sign up.

Q. Do you have a demo of your web interface?
A. Yes. Go to www.posatrax.com. Use "guestc" for username and “guest” for password to see what a typical store chain would see.

Q. Can I make POSATRAX available from MY company web site?
A. Yes. POSATRAX was designed to be a generic POSA interface. This means your customers will not see any advertising for our company through POSATRAX. It is simply a web portal for managing sales and is designed to serve your company’s needs AS IS. Many companies link to POSATRAX via a separate page load so that the customer remains on your company's web page after viewing their POSA sales.

Q. Are there any web use reporting fees?
A. No, the web interface is an AIM/PaySpot proprietary program that is free to our distributors and merchants.

Q. What are the recurring costs with each POSA system?
A. None for distributor or merchant, except for $5 shipping for merchants when swipe cards are restocked. Swipe cards are shipped to merchants every two weeks unless sales are less than 25 cards, in which case no cards are shipped until the next two-week cycle.

Q. Do you charge for LD swipe cards?
A. No. There is no charge for automatic LD card restock for merchants, except for a $5 shipping charge. Agents may order up to 25 cards each of four different cards to set up new merchants. We do monitor your LD card sales and we ask that agents order no more cards than can be used in a 30-day period for new store setups.

Q. What products are available for PaySpot terminals?
A. 20+ wireless carriers (list grows constantly), eight stock LD swipe card products and two prepaid dial-tone products are currently available through PaySpot directly on both the OMNI and Tranz terminals. MC/VISA, Telecheck and ATM Script are available through our partner, Card Services International, for the OMNI 3750 only. Age verification software is available for OMNI and Tranz terminals through our partner, Legal Age Software. Prepaid MC/VISA is also available on both OMNI and Tranz terminals.

Q. Do you sell low cost wireless handsets?
A. Yes. We sell an excellent tri-band handset from Page Plus Cellular with an MSRP of only $40, which works on the Verizon network. Page Plus is an excellent "Tier 2" wireless company and is well suited for the convenience store market. There will soon be agent commissions available for handsets.

Q. Can I charge a merchant a weekly fee if sales are low?
A. Yes. You can set a low sales threshold (MINSALES box on our form) and a fee to be charged (MINFEE). If the merchant’s weekly sales drop below the threshold, the fee will be ACH debited from the merchant and ACH credited to the Login ID designated as the master agent on the account.

Q. Can you support older Verifone and other brands of terminals?
A. Yes. We support the Tranz 460 and Zon Jr XL and XL 300. The Tranz 460 software also works on the Tranz 380. The OMNI 3750 software also works with the OMNI 3300. We will also be supporting Lipman terminals by the end of May 2004.

Q. How about store chains?
A. If a store chain is designated in POSATRAX as a chain, specialized reporting is automatically available, which makes for easy bank reconciliation for multiple stores. You can also submit multiple merchants to us on a spreadsheet, rather than typing in each one in our online merchant form.

Q. Why is PaySpot the best POSA company in the world?
A. WE ARE THE LARGEST IN THE WORLD. Although new to the U.S. market, PaySpot's parent Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT) is the largest provider of "mobile top-up" in the world, with a significant market presence in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and several other countries. Tying into PaySpot ensures that your merchants will be there when the U.S. wireless carriers transition completely to online recharge, as they have done in Europe. We are loyal to agents. We understand that agent-merchant relationships are extremely valuable. A telephone call from a sales rep in our office is never as good as a face-to-face merchant visit from a PaySpot agent who knows the local market well and can react quickly to market conditions. PaySpot is leading the way in prepaid product delivery—we have a tightly integrated terminal management system, flexible web reporting, and online connections to leading LD providers. Our experience with online connections is helping to push the U.S. wireless carriers inevitably toward this method of distribution.
