with the Terminal Report to ensure the merchant is being charged correctly
and can be easily printed for good record keeping. Chain stores are

COMPLETE ACH MANAGEMENT. The PAYSPOT POSA Financial System
operates on a WEEKLY cycle, simplifying your life greatly. Our accounting
period goes from Sunday to Sunday (midnight to midnight). Merchant
accounts are not debited until Wednesday, giving you plenty of time to
make cash deposits, print reports, etc. We also offer Bi-Weekly ACH for
high-liability accounts. Bi-Weekly Accounts are debited on Fridays for
Mon-Weds sales and on Tuesdays for Thurs-Sun sales. We always notify you
immediately (24-48 hours depending on the Merchant's bank) of any ACH
Returns so you can take action promptly.
