Instant PIN Refunds: PIN refunds will be processed instantly to improve merchant reconciliation and cash flow.
ACH Accuracy: If a merchant’s account is mistakenly debited for more than it should be we will rebate $20 from the merchant’s invoice total.
Next Day Terminal Replacement: When a merchant’s terminal needs to be swapped out, a replacement terminal will arrive at their location the next day, 7 days a week, or the merchant will receive a $10 rebate for each day they are without a terminal.
24/7 Customer Service: PaySpot will provide high quality customer service and support seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (365/24/7)
Free PaySpot Gift Card Processing: For clients participating in the PaySpot Gift Card program, PaySpot will process gift card transactions for free.
* PaySpot is not responsible for carrier- or third-party-related issues such as bad PINs, etc, which necessitate the removal of PINs from the server.
* PaySpot instant refund policy subject to chargeback clause — refunded PINs that have in fact been used by the customer will be charged back to the merchant after verification by PaySpot. Instant refunds cannot be processed for prepaid debit/credit transactions; these refunds require additional time.
* Terminal replacement requests received after 3:00pm CST will be processed the next day.
* The ACH guarantee covers only merchants and does not cover equipment invoices. The ACH guarantee does not cover third party or bank-related errors.
* PaySpot gift card processing is provided to chains of 20 or more stores.

We can program the following Verifone terminals: Zon JR, XL, XL 300, Tranz 330, Tranz 380, Tranz 460, Omni 3740 and Omni 3750. Of course we can ship you a brand new Omni 3750 for no cost!
