In order to become a POSATRAX Agent you will have to have the following:

1.  A Business Checking Account

2.  A State Sales Tax ID

3. An Entrepreneur's Spirit

Terminals are provided by Payspot using a Lease Agreement.  Rates are as follows:

The Lease Agreement is between the Agent and Payspot.  Of Course, you can pass on this cost to the Merchant by charging them a minimum sales fee.  Payspot will debit this from the Merchant's Account and put it in your Account Weekly.  

Example: Charge the Mercant $6, if his sales volume doesn't hit $250.  

To Participate in the lease program good credit is required.  The following form must also be submitted to Payspot:

Of Course, you don't have to participate in the rental program.  Posatrax can support most Verifone terminals as well as the Lipman 2085.  Some merchants have old terminals that are sitting around that can be easily programmed. Details are in the Posatrax System.  You can choose to sell a terminal to the Merchant.  You decide! It is your business!  

How do you make money?  Payspot gives you a discount on a particular product and then you give the merchant a discount.

Example:  You get 20% on a Product and you give the Merchant 15%.  You make 5% on the sales of that product. Note:  For obvious reasons we cannot publish the disount amounts on this site.  We will send you an agent agreement with the discount amounts.  The Request below is not the agreement, but we will require all of the info in order to send you a agreement.  Please also review Payspot's:           POLICIES & PROCEDURES (pdf)
